Text of resolution of advice and consent to ratification as reported by the Committee on Foreign Relations: Resolved, (two-thirds of the Senators present concurring therein), That the Senate advise and consent to the ratification of the Convention between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income together with a related exchange of notes, signed at Washington on June 17, 1980, and the Protocol Amending the Convention, together with an exchange of letters, signed at Washington on August 23, 1983.
