TEXT OF RESOLUTION OF ADVICE AND CONSENT TO RATIFICATION REPORTED BY THE COMMITTEE ON FOREIGN RELATIONS AND AS ADOPTED, WITH A RESERVATION, BY THE SENATE: Resolved, (Two-thirds of the Senators present concurring therein), That the Senate advise and consent to the ratification of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, adopted by a United Nations conference of sixty-two States on April 11, 1980, subject to the following reservation: Pursuant to Article 95 the United States will not be bound by subparagraphs (1)(b) of Article 1.
