TEXT OF RESOLUTION OF ADVICE AND CONSENT TO RATIFICATION REPORTED BY THE COMMITTEE ON FOREIGN RELATIONS AND AS ADOPTED BY THE SENATE: Resolved, (Two-thirds of the Senators present concurring therein), That the Senate advise and consent to the ratification of the Convention on Wetlands of International Importance especially as Waterfowl Habitat, concluded at Ramsar, Iran, February 2, 1971, with a Protocol to the Convention, concluded at Paris on December 3, 1982.
