TEXT OF RESOLUTION OF RATIFICATION AS REPORTED BY THE COMMITTEE ON FOREIGN RELATIONS: Resolved, (two-thirds of the Senators present concurring therein), That the Senate advise and consent to the ratification of the Convention Providing a Uniform Law on the Form of an International Will, adopted at a diplomatic conference held in Washington, D. C. from October 16 to 26, 1973, and signed on behalf of the United States on October 27, 1973.
