Proc. File No. 3-15446 In the Matter of J.S. OLIVER CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, L.P., and IAN O. MAUSNER, ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO SUBMIT SUPPLEMENTAL BRIEFING On October 29, 2015, Respondents J.S. Oliver Capital Management, L.P., and Ian O. Mausner and the Division of Enforcement submitted a Joint Motion and Stipulation for Proposed Schedule requesting leave to submit supplemental briefing addressing the constitutionality of the Commission’s use of administrative law judges in administrative proceedings. It is determined that it is appropriate to grant their request but to modify the proposed briefing schedule. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the parties shall file supplemental briefs limited to the above-referenced issue pursuant to the following schedule. Respondents’ opening brief shall be due by Monday, November 16, 2015, the Division’s response brief shall be due by Monday, November 30, 2015, and Respondents’ reply brief shall be due by Monday, December 7, 2015. Respondents’ opening brief and the Division’s response brief each shall not exceed fifteen double-spaced pages, and Respondents’ reply brief shall not exceed seven double-spaced pages.
