Pub. L. 95-479 — To amend title 38, United States Code, to provide increases in the rates of disability and dependency and indemnity compensation for disabled veterans and their survivors, to provide for the payment of benefits to surviving spouses and children of certain totally disabled service-connected disabled veterans, to increase the amounts paid for funeral and burial expenses of deceased veterans, and for other purposes.
