el salvador economic support funds Sec. 578. Not less than 25 per centum of the Economic Support Funds made available for El Salvador by this Act shall be used for projects and activities in accordance with the provisions applicable to assistance under chapter 1 of part I of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961.
