SEC. 106. MINE RESISTANT AMBUSH PROTECTED VEHICLE FUND. Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2010 for the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicle Fund in the amount of $600,000,000.
