SEC. 107. RELATION TO FUNDING TABLE. The amounts authorized to be appropriated by sections 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, and 106 shall be available, in accordance with the requirements of section 4001, for projects, programs, and activities, and in the amounts, specified in the funding table in section 4101.
