SEC. 593. MODIFICATION OF MATCHING FUND REQUIREMENTS UNDER NATIONAL GUARD YOUTH CHALLENGE PROGRAM.(a) Authority to Increase DOD Share of Program.—Section 509(d)(1) of title 32, United States Code, is amended by striking “60 percent of the costs” and inserting “75 percent of the costs”.(b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect on October 1, 2009, and shall apply with respect to fiscal years beginning on or after that date.123 STAT. 2338
