AUTHORITY TO ACQUIRE RAILROAD TRACK STRUCTURE AND TEMPORARY RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR RAIL LINE

SEC. 332. AUTHORITY TO ACQUIRE RAILROAD TRACK STRUCTURE AND TEMPORARY RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR RAIL LINE The Secretary of the Army may purchase the railroad track structure and temporary right-of-way in the State of Nevada for the railroad line known as the Mina Branch, located between milepost 331.12, near Wabuska, Nevada, and milepost 385.00, near Thorne, Nevada, for use in connection with the operation of Hawthorne Army Ammunition Plant, Nevada. The Secretary may use any funds appropriated pursuant to section 301 for the Army for fiscal year 1990 to carry out the preceding sentence.
