AUTHORIZATION OF LONG-TERM AIRCRAFT SUPPORT CON-TRACT

SEC. 333. AUTHORIZATION OF LONG-TERM AIRCRAFT SUPPORT CON-TRACTThe Secretary of the Army may enter into a long-term contract pursuant to section 2401 of title 10, United States Code, that includes a lease for the provision of air transportation at Kwajalein Atoll, Republic of the Marshall Islands, if— (1) the contract does not impose a substantial termination liability on the United States within the meaning of section 2401(a)(1)(B) of title 10, United States Code; and (2) the contract is made subject to the availability of funds for such purpose.
