SEC. 215. GRANT FOR SEMICONDUCTOR COOPERATIVE RESEARCH PRO-GRAM Of the amount authorized to be appropriated pursuant to section 201(a) for fiscal year 1990 for Defense Agencies, $100,000,000 shall be available to make grants under section 272 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 1988 and 1989 (Public Law 100–180; 15 U.S.C. 4602).
