RESERVE COMPONENTS

SEC. 105. RESERVE COMPONENTS (a) Authorization of Appropriations.—Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 1990 for procurement of aircraft, vehicles, communications equipment, and other equipment for the reserve components of the Armed Forces as follows: (1) For the Army National Guard, $209,000,000. (2) For the Air National Guard, $350,500,000. (3) For the Army Reserve, $75,000,000. (4) For the Navy Reserve, $74,300,000. (5) For the Air Force Reserve, $219,500,000. (6) For the Marine Corps Reserve, $60,000,000. (b) Installation of Modernization Equipment.—Of the amounts authorized to be appropriated in subsection (a) for fiscal year 1990, funds shall be available for procurement and installation of modernization equipment as follows: (1) Of funds appropriated for the Navy Reserve, $28,300,000. (2) Of funds appropriated for the Air Force Reserve, $10,000,000. (3) Of funds appropriated for the Air National Guard, $59,500,000.
