SEC. 106. CHEMICAL DEMILITARIZATION PROGRAM Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for the destruction of lethal chemical weapons in accordance with section 1412 of the Department of Defense Authorization Act, 1986 (Public Law 99–145; 99 Stat. 747) as follows: (1) $263,700,000 for fiscal year 1990. (2) $317,700,000 for fiscal year 1991.
