SEC. 3154. MORATORIUM ON INCINERATION OF RADIOACTIVE WASTE AT LOS ALAMOS NATIONAL LABORATORYThe Los Alamos National Laboratory is prohibited from incinerating radioactive waste, including any waste containing radioactive constituents, until the earlier of the following dates: (1) August 1, 1990. (2) The date on which the State of New Mexico adopts regulations on emissions resulting from the incineration of radioactive waste.
