SEC. 201. TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS TO ACT TO PREVENT POLLUTION FROM SHIPS. The Act to Prevent Pollution from Ships (33 U.S.C. 1901–1912) is amended— (1) in section 6(c)(1), by striking “Annex V” and inserting “Annex I and Annex II”; (2) in section 8(c)(1), by inserting “or of this Act” after “Convention”; and (3) in section 8(e)(2), by inserting “or of this Act” after “MARPOL Protocol”.
