SEC. 218. COST OF SECURITY AT KENNEBUNKPORT, MAINE. Not later than 6 months after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Transportation shall— (1) submit a report to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate and the Committee on Merchant Marine and Fisheries of the House of Representatives that identifies the costs incurred by the Coast Guard and any reallocation of assets or personnel that would have been used for search and rescue of law enforcement operations, as a result of providing security at Kennebunkport, Maine; and (2) actively seek reimbursement of those costs from the Secretary of Treasury.
