Funds appropriated by this title under the headings “Global Health Programs”, “International Disaster Assistance”, and “Economic Support Fund” may be used to reimburse accounts administered by the United States Agency for International Development and the Department of State for obligations incurred to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the Ebola virus disease outbreak prior to the enactment of this Act.
