SEC. 226. SENSE OF CONGRESS CONCERNING THE HUMPHREY FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM. It is the sense of the Congress that the United States Information Agency should review the Humphrey Fellowship Program and consider the feasibility of broadening the placement of fellows under such program to provide exposure to the processes of the United States Government, the Congress, and State and local governmental processes.
