Sec. 136. Section 13506(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended:(1) in subsection (14) by striking “or”;(2) in subsection (15) by striking “.” and inserting “; or”; and(3) by inserting at the end, “(16) the transportation of passengers by 9 to 15 passenger motor vehicles operated by youth or family camps that provide recreational or educational activities.”.
