Sec. 137. (a) In General.—Section 31112(c)(5) of title 49, United States Code, is amended—(1) by striking “Nebraska may” and inserting “Nebraska and Kansas may”; and(2) by striking “the State of Nebraska” and inserting “the relevant state”.(b) Conforming and Technical Amendments.—Section 31112(c) of such title is amended—(1) by striking the subsection designation and heading and inserting the following:“(c) Special Rules for Wyoming, Ohio, Alaska, Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas.—”;(2) by striking “; and” at the end of paragraph (3) and inserting a semicolon; and(3) by striking the period at the end of paragraph (4) and inserting “; and”.
