SEC. 108. AMENDMENTS TO THE HIGH SEAS FISHING COMPLIANCE ACT OF 1965. Section 104(f) of the High Seas Fishing Compliance Act of 1995 (16 U.S.C. 5503(f)) is amended to read as follows:129 STAT. 659“(f) Validity.—A permit issued under this section for a vessel is void if—“(1) any other permit or authorization required for the vessel to fish is expired, revoked, or suspended; or“(2) the vessel is no longer documented under the laws of the United States or eligible for such documentation.”.
