SEC. 109. AMENDMENTS TO THE DOLPHIN PROTECTION CONSUMER INFORMATION ACT. The Dolphin Protection Consumer Information Act (16 U.S.C. 1385) is amended by amending subsection (e) to read as follows:“(e) Additional Prohibitions and Enforcement.—For additional prohibitions relating to this Act and enforcement of this Act, see section 606 of the High Seas Driftnet Fishing Moratorium Protection Act (16 U.S.C. 1826g).”.
