REPEAL OF NATIONAL COUNCIL ON VOCATIONAL EDUCATION.

SEC. 411. REPEAL OF NATIONAL COUNCIL ON VOCATIONAL EDUCATION. (a) In General.— Part D of title TV of the Act (20 U.S.C. 2431) is repealed. (b) Clerical Amendment.— The table of contents contained in section 1 of the Act (20 U.S.C. 2301 note) is amended by striking the items relating to part D and to section 431. (c) Effective Date.— The amendments made by subsections (a) and (b) shall take effect on October 1, 1991.
