SEC. 1130. BENEFICIAL USE OF DREDGED MATERIAL. Section 1122 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2016 (33 U.S.C. 2326 note) is amended—(1) in subsection (b)(1), by striking “10” and inserting “20”; and(2) in subsection (g), by striking “10” and inserting “20”.
