REPORT ON DEBRIS REMOVAL.

SEC. 1210. REPORT ON DEBRIS REMOVAL. Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to Congress and make publicly available a report that describes—(1) the extent to which the Secretary has carried out section 3 of the Act of March 2, 1945 (33 U.S.C. 603a); and(2) how the Secretary has evaluated potential work to be carried out under that section.
