AGREEMENTS UNAFFECTED.

SEC. 714. AGREEMENTS UNAFFECTED. Nothing in this Act may be construed—(1) to limit or amend the definition of “agreement” in section 40102(1) of title 46, United States Code, with respect to the exclusion of maritime labor agreements; or(2) to apply to a maritime labor agreement (as defined in section 40102(15) of that title).
