REAUTHORIZATION; REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.

SEC. 404. REAUTHORIZATION; REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. Section 744I of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 379j–53) is amended—(1) in subsection (a)—(A) by striking “2013” and inserting “2018”; and(B) by striking “Biosimilar User Fee Act of 2012” and inserting “Biosimilar User Fee Amendments of 2017”;(2) in subsection (b), by striking “2013” and inserting “2018”;(3) by striking subsection (d);(4) by redesignating subsection (e) as subsection (d); and(5) in subsection (d), as so redesignated, by striking “2017” each place it appears and inserting “2022”.
