SEC. 9105. AIRWAY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. (a) Renaming of Aikway Plan.—Section 504(b)(1) of the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982 (49 U.S.C. App. 2203(b)(D) is amended by inserting after the second sentence the following new sentence: “For fiscal year 1991 and thereafter, the revised plan shall be known as the ‘Airway Capital Investment Plan’.”. (b) Airway Facilities and Equipment.—The first sentence of section 506(a)(D of such Act (49 U.S.C. App. 2205(a)(1)) is amended by striking “September 30, 1981,” and all that follows through the period and inserting the following: “September 30, 1990, aggregate amounts not to exceed $2,500,000,000 for fiscal year 1991 and $5,500,000,000 for the fiscal years ending before October 1, 1992.”.
