SEC. 9106. FAA OPERATIONS.Section 106 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: “(k) Authorization of Appropriations for Operations.—There is authorized to be appropriated for operations of the Administration $4,088,000,000 for fiscal year 1991 and $4,412,600,000 for fiscal year 1992.”.
