ENHANCED AIRPORT CAPACITY.Section 506(b)(4) of the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982 (49 App. U.S.C. 2205(b)(4)) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A) by striking “and 1990” and inserting “1990, 1991, and 1992”; and (2) in subparagraph (B) by striking “and 1990” and inserting “1990, 1991, and 1992”.
