SEC. 9204. WEATHER SERVICES.Section 506(d) of the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982 (49 U.S.C. App. 2205(d)) is amended by striking the second sentence and inserting the following: “Expenditures for the purposes of carrying out this subsection shall be limited to $34,521,000 for fiscal year 1991 and $35,389,000 for fiscal year 1992.”.
