ADVANCED TACTICAL FIGHTER PROGRAM

SEC. 213. ADVANCED TACTICAL FIGHTER PROGRAM (a) In General.— The Secretary of the Air Force shall complete the demonstration and validation phase and the design selection process for the Advanced Tactical Fighter for the Air Force. (b) Prohibition on Full-Scale Development.— Funds appropriated or otherwise made available pursuant to this or any other Act for the Air Force for fiscal year 1991, or a prior fiscal year, may not be obligated for full-scale development activities in connection with the Advanced Tactical Fighter of the Air Force.
