GRANT FOR STUDY AND ANALYSIS OF THE SOVIET UNION AND CERTAIN OTHER COUNTRIES

SEC. 249. GRANT FOR STUDY AND ANALYSIS OF THE SOVIET UNION AND CERTAIN OTHER COUNTRIES Of the amounts authorized to be appropriated pursuant to section 201, $600,000 shall be available for making a grant to one or more qualified nonprofit organizations for the support of research and analyses by emigrants from the Soviet Union, the countries of Eastern Europe (including Albania), and Cuba regarding political, economic, social, and other developments in those countries.
