location of stockpiles Sec. 573. (a) Section 514(c) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 is amended by inserting “or major non-NATO allies,” after “Organization,”. (b) Section 514(h)(2) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2321h) is amended by striking out “$165,000,000 for fiscal year 1990” and inserting in lieu thereof $378,000,000 for fiscal year 1991, of which amount not less than $300,000,000 shall be for stockpiles in Israel”.
