SEC. 132. PROHIBITION ON ACQUISITION OF HOUSE FOR SECRETARY OF STATE. The Department of State shall not solicit or receive funds for the construction, purchase, lease or rental of, nor any gift or bequest of real property or any other property for the purpose of providing living quarters for the Secretary of State.
