SEC. 211. COMMISSION ON MINORITY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. Section 505(c)(1)(A)(ii) of the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 (15 U.S.C. 636 note) is amended to read as follows: “(ii) The Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, or a designee of such Under Secretary.”.
