SEC. 212. SUNSET ON AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL AND MANAGERIAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH PRIVATE SECTOR SOURCES. Section 7(b) of the Small Business Computer Security and Education Act of 1984 (15 U.S.C. 633 note) is amended by striking “October 1, 1990” and inserting “March 31, 1991”.
