SEC. 203. HIGHER EDUCATION PROGRAMS. (a) Subsection (d) of section 2007 of the Dwight D. Eisenhower Mathematics and Science Education Act (20 U.S.C. 2987) is amended by inserting after “this section” the following: “, or $20,000, whichever is greater,”. (b) Section 2007(b) of the Dwight D. Eisenhower Mathematics and Science Education Act (20 U.S.C. 2987) is amended by inserting after “95 percent,” “or the remainder after application of subsection (d).”.
