SEC. 721. STUDENT ASSISTANCE GENERAL PROVISIONS. The Secretary shall extend until January 1, 1991 the public comment period on the proposed regulations modifying part 668 of title 34, Code of Federal Regulations, concerning clock and credit hour conversion.
