SEC. 804. INFORMATION-SHARING SYSTEM SO THAT VISAS ARE DENIED TO DRUG TRAFFICKERS. Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State shall submit to the Congress a report on the status of the comprehensive information system on drug arrests of foreign nationals which was required to be established by section 132 of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1986 and 1987.
