SEC. 805. CERTIFICATION PROCEDURES FOR DRUG PRODUCING AND DRUG-TRANSIT COUNTRIES AND INCLUSION OF SPECIFIC AGENCY COMMENTS. (a) Report.— Section 481(e) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new paragraph: “(7) Each report pursuant to this subsection shall include specific comments and recommendations by appropriate Federal agencies involved in drug enforcement, including the United States Customs Service and the Drug Enforcement Administration, with respect to 101 STAT. 1398the degree to which countries listed in the report have cooperated fully with such agencies during the preceding year as described in subsection (h).”. (b) Resolution of Disapproval.— Section 481(h) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 is amended in subparagraph (A), by striking out “30” and inserting in lieu thereof “45”.
