SEC. 166. ASSISTANCE FOR HEAD START.The Commission, in consultation with the Director of ACTION, is authorized to make grants under section 102 to grantees under the Foster Grandparent Program (part B of title II of the Domestic Volunteer Service Act) for the purpose of increasing the number of low-income individuals who provide services under such program to children who participate in Head Start programs.
