SEC. 167. EMPLOYER-BASED RETIREE VOLUNTEER PROGRAMS.The Commission is authorized to make grants under section 102 to public and private nonprofit organizations for the purpose of bringing together retirees, their former employers, and community agencies to develop employer-based retiree volunteer programs.
