SEC. 2844. DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE INTERGOVERNMENTAL SUPPORT AGREEMENTS FOR ORDNANCE DISPOSAL. Section 2679(f)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new sentence: “The term does include ordnance disposal.”.
