SEC. 2845. INCLUSION OF TERRITORIES IN CERTAIN INTERGOVERNMENTAL SUPPORT AGREEMENTS FOR INSTALLATION-SUPPORT SERVICES. Section 2679(f)(3) of title 10, United States Code, is amended—(1) by striking “and” before “the United States Virgin Islands”; and (2) by inserting “the State of Yap of the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of Palau,” after “Virgin Islands,”.
