Sec. 202. Not to exceed $350, 000 in the aggregate from the Appropriations made in this title for general administration, general legal activities, and United States attorneys and marshals shall be available, without regard to the Classification Act of 1949, for compensation (not 65 Stat. 586 to exceed $11, 000per annum) of special attorneys and special assistants to the Attorney General and to United States attorneys not otherwise provided for: Provided, That reports be submitted to the Congress on the 1st of July and January showing the names of the persons employed under the foregoing limitation, the annual rate of compensation or amount of any fee paid to each, together with a description of their duties.
