Sec. 108. Appropriations under this title for “Salaries and expenses”, “International contingencies”, and “Missions to International organizations” are available for reimbursement of the General Services Administration for security guard services for protection of confidential files. This title may be cited as the “Department of State Appropriation Act, 1952”.
