Sec. 710. When ordered to active duty in the service of the United States, members of the National Guard of the United States and of the Air National Guard of the United States shall stand relieved from duty in the National Guard and Air National Guard of their respective States, Territories, and the District of Columbia from the active-duty 66 Stat. 504 date of the orders and for so long as they remain on active duty in the service of the United States. During such active duty in the service of the United States, they shall be subject to the laws and regulations applicable to member’s of the Army and Air Force.
